Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various digital and technology roles. He/she will also develop recruiting strategy and identify recruiting sources and networks for digital and technology talents.
- Bachelor Degree, any major preferably Psychology.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video, and panel interview).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
